We are looking for 2 Strong Actors for a Short Film that is going into production this month (Thursday). It will be made in association with the CNM Film program and under the SAG Short/Student Film Contract. We would greatly appreciate any help you can provide in sending your actors our way. All classes are filmed on professional equipment. Each class is also critiqued on a play-back monitor to enable each student to actually see and hear how they appear on camera. Instructor, Steve Willmon, has an extensive background as an acting coach and an instructor beginning in 1975 in Los Angeles. Many who have studied acting in New York and Los Angeles consider Steve's classes vastly superior. In fact, Steve has students driving from Carlsbad, Roswell, Clovis, El Paso, Las Cruces, Edgewood, etc. Two students even relocated to Albuquerque from Las Cruces and Denver, CO for the sole purpose of studying with him. Most agree he is the finest acting coach in New Mexico. Many of his students have appeared in films both in New Mexico Los Angeles, and New York. Many have also placed in the highest percentile in The International Modeling and Talent Association competitions in New York and LA.
Our schedule of classes is as follows: Monday-Film Acting-5 to 8pm-Wednesday-Scene Study-5-8pm-Thursday-Cold Read-5-8pm-Saturday- Film Acting-10-1pm.
